Marion’s work focuses on equity, identity, and intercultural ethics in the legal profession and the legal academy.

With more than two decades of experience, she co-creates custom strategies with clients seeking to develop their organizations in the areas of inclusion, access, and intercultural success. Marion has provided strategic leadership in equity, inclusion, and access for ABA law schools since 2002.

Marion is an Apartheid survivor who grew up in South Africa. In that challenging political climate, she forged her passion for social justice and her problem-solving orientation.
